Construction Management -- C Comm Solutions' construction management personnel combine expertise and significant management experience on construction projects, whether they be public or private. These range from underground and paving work to complex, large scale building erection. Project Close-Out Documentation Preparation and Submission -- In those instances where the surety assumes responsibility for completing the project, C Comm Solutions is able to provide full project administration services. Our project administration group assumes total responsibility for the identification, dissemination, collection, coordination, and submission of all documentation required to close the project.
